Terapiya Cattery is committed to protecting your information and this information is aimed at providing you the services we offer, to our very best.
Information collected
To provide counselling and social work services, we collect personal health information to help us determine what may be a good fit. Terapiya Cattery therefore uses the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) within the Privacy Act 1988, when using and managing personal information. Emails that are sent via the contact form are deleted after use, and client information is stored securely on Google Drive, with 2 factor authentication, and regular manual backups of client information. This is held for no more than 5 years.
The APPs also outline your rights relating to accessing or correcting your personal information. Terapiya Cattery are committed to ensuring that your information is securely stored within our database and to be used when treatment and clinical services occur. We will not sell, transfer, assign or rent your information to any third party without your permission, unless required by law, as noted within the APPs within the Privacy Act (1998) Cth. Our commitment to the safeguarding of personal information and the laws and policies we comply with are within our privacy policy, which can be requested.

Step One:
We get your information and do a meet and greet to determine if everything will be a fit. We do a video call to ensure that you are comfortable with us as your preferred breeder, to meet the litters and assess suitability as an owner and answer any questions.
Step Two:
We then take a reservation fee; this is to secure your kitten to add to the waitlist. Once we have a successful mating and con confirm the gender and temperament requested, we will then look to make contact with prospective owners.
Step Three:
We will answer further questions whilst your kitten is getting ready to leave their mother. By 12-14 weeks you are ready to get your new family member!
